There are two 15 amp fuses; the one on the left will be for the PowerPoint, and the right one is for the cigarette lighter. If the CD changer is not BMW or factory fitted then maybe someone has used the cigarette lighter power feed as a convenient 15A fused circuit for the Changer instead and run a wire along inside the sill to the boot area.
